Role Overview
Reporting to the CFO, this senior finance leadership role involves overseeing national finance operations and serving as the key finance partner to senior operational management. The position combines strategic leadership with direct execution responsibilities aimed at enhancing financial reporting, improving decision-making support, and embedding strong financial controls across the organisation.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead finance operations and business partnering for multiple divisions.
- Enhance management reporting accuracy, quality, and insight.
- Strengthen financial governance, frameworks, and standardisation across entities.
- Advance finance systems, streamline processes, and improve scalability to decrease manual reporting efforts.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to senior operational and executive leaders.
- Develop and mentor a national finance team, fostering future capabilities.
- Utilise shared services to boost efficiency and financial performance.
