About Theia Insights
Theia Insights is a Series A, venture-funded deep-tech AI startup developing a comprehensive cross-asset ontology for financial markets, creating a dynamic representation of the economy. Their data underpins live indices and portfolios used by institutional investors across the US, UK, and Europe. The team combines expertise from former Amazon and Meta AI engineers along with PhDs specialized in AI, machine learning, and natural language processing.
Role Overview
Theia Insights seeks a Graduate Analyst to join its Finance & Operations team, collaborating closely with the Finance & Operations Manager. This core function supports essential business areas including finance, people operations, key performance indicators, legal, and compliance matters, providing significant responsibility and insight into running a rapidly growing startup post-Series A funding.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage financial operations such as cash flow, invoicing, monthly closing processes, and KPI tracking.
- Enhance business efficiency by identifying bottlenecks and implementing improvements, leveraging AI and automation tools across sales, product, and other departments.
- Maintain and optimize the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system, including organization, automations, and sales team support.
- Assist with full legal and compliance procedures ensuring smooth workflows.
- Collaborate directly with the company founders from the outset.
Candidate Requirements
- Recent graduate with an entrepreneurial mindset, eager for rapid learning and growth in a startup environment.
- Strong affinity for AI technologies and proficiency with contemporary technological tools.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in resolving operational inefficiencies.
- Professional and discreet when engaging with external partners and stakeholders.
- Must have legal eligibility to work in the United Kingdom.
