Role Overview

Reporting directly to the Country Lead Financial Controller, this position is tasked with ensuring the robustness of internal financial controls within the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and reinforce strong financial control systems.
• Analyze financial data to generate meaningful insights that support business decisions.
• Establish and nurture effective relationships with stakeholders to foster trust.
• Lead initiatives to refine processes, enhancing efficiency and ensuring financial report accuracy.
• Ensure timely completion of financial reporting cycles, including monthly and quarterly closes.
• Guarantee compliance with audit standards and improve audit performance.
• Manage and oversee cost control measures and process efficiency.
• Collaborate with multiple departments to foster interdepartmental cooperation.
• Proactively identify financial and operational risks and implement mitigation strategies.
