Role Purpose
The role focuses on executing and coordinating a comprehensive Employee Health, Safety and Environmental (HSE) System to support Vallourec’s workforce.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute Job Card assigned activities including OCTG pipe preparation, visual thread inspections, supervision of VAM connection makeup, pipe handling oversight, and accessory inspections either onshore or at rig sites.
- Perform VAM Field Service inspection tasks in line with established VAM procedures, running book, and client-specific site instructions.
- Timely preparation and submission of customer inspection reports.
- Maintain accuracy by updating the online VAM Field Service database with job report details.
- Collect signed service field tickets from operations to confirm work completion.
- Adhere to all corporate policies including ethics, safety, environmental standards, travel and expense regulations.
- Ensure a high-quality service delivery that guarantees customer satisfaction.
- Provide technical responses and guidance related to VAM Connections.
- Authorized to accept or reject connections and joint makeup at rig sites as necessary.
Required Competencies
- Minimum 10 years of experience with OCTG Corrosion Resistance Alloy (CRA) materials.
- Proactively engage in competency assessments and fulfill the required conditions for assessment eligibility.
- Address any competency gaps promptly and participate in VFP examinations on schedule.
- Establish and maintain effective communication with Oil & Gas client departments such as drilling, casing, completions, and coordinate with VAM Field Service planning team.

Educational Qualification
- Essential: High School Leaving Certificate.
- Preferred: Background in Engineering.
Language Requirements
- Proficiency in English is mandatory.
