Role Summary
We are seeking highly motivated individuals passionate about technology development to join the Service team. This role is vital to ensuring long-term customer satisfaction within the Customer Success framework. Responsibilities include assisting customers during Site Acceptance Tests (SATs), offering both remote and on-location support, providing upgrade installation guidance, managing spare parts requests, training clients, and other post-sales activities.
Key Duties
- Provide technical and application-specific consultation to customers.
- Diagnose faults and perform service and maintenance on machinery at customer sites.
- Modify and enhance machine processes as required.
- Oversee machine commissioning at various customer locations.
- Prepare quotations for services, upgrade projects, and spare parts.
- Manage hardware warranty claims efficiently.
- Plan and conduct service visits and machine upgrade implementations.
- Create positive customer experiences through prompt and skilled service.
- Discover and pursue opportunities for selling new service contracts, renewing existing agreements, machine upgrades, and training offerings.
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or an equivalent field.
- Broad understanding of electrical and mechanical engineering, complemented by a practical, hands-on approach.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills coupled with strong problem-solving capabilities.
- Excellent communication skills, including active listening and articulate verbal and written exchanges.
- Detail-oriented, organized, proactive, and focused on delivering customer-centric solutions.
- Self-driven with a strong commitment to fostering customer success.
- Ability to work collaboratively in teams, as well as independently, with quick decision-making aptitude in onsite scenarios.
- Skilled in interpreting schematics and drawings for troubleshooting complex machinery.
- Familiarity with programming languages and development environments is advantageous.
