About the Role
Delhivery Logistics Pvt. Ltd. is urgently seeking a Fleet On Street (FOS) Executive, also known as a Field Sales Executive, to join their team in Ahmedabad. This is a full-time position that involves extensive field work to support the company's delivery operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Recruit bike riders for Delhivery’s delivery network through field visits and organized recruitment campaigns.
- Clearly communicate job roles, compensation details, and incentive structures to potential riders.
- Conduct verification of rider documents to ensure smooth onboarding processes.
- Meet daily and weekly targets related to rider onboarding.
Candidate Requirements
- Experience ranging from freshers up to 1 year in field sales or marketing roles.
- Effective communication and persuasive abilities to engage candidates.
- Must possess a personal bike and valid driving license.
- Highly motivated and driven to achieve targets.
- Graduates and undergraduates are eligible to apply.
