Field Sales Executive

Role overview

We are hiring a motivated Field Sales Executive for a signage and marketing board manufacturing business. The role involves creating new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and selling branding and signage solutions to commercial customers.

What you will do

• Visit commercial zones to identify and convert new B2B prospects.
• Connect with business owners, architects, interior designers, builders, retailers, and corporate clients.
• Present a range of products including ACP signboards, LED signboards, glow signboards, acrylic lettering, vinyl branding, flex banners, and indoor/outdoor signage.
• Capture customer needs and work with the design and production teams to move requirements forward.
• Create quotations and track them through follow-up until the order is finalized.
• Build long-term relationships with existing customers and encourage repeat orders.
• Carry out market checks and keep an eye on competitor activity.
• Share daily visit summaries and sales progress updates.
• Work toward monthly sales and collection goals.

What we expect

• 1 to 3 years of field sales experience; exposure to signage, advertising, printing, branding, or building materials is preferred.
• Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
• Comfortable working independently and meeting sales targets.
• Owns a two-wheeler and holds a valid driving licence.
• Working knowledge of MS Office, WhatsApp, and CRM tools.

Compensation and benefits

The offered pay is ₹18,000 to ₹25,000 per month, depending on experience. In addition, the role includes sales incentives, petrol and mobile allowance, performance bonus, and opportunities for career growth.
