Field Sales Executive - Merchant Acquisition

Overview

Paytm Services Private Limited is looking for enthusiastic Field Sales Executives to join their team for promoting and onboarding local merchants with Paytm QR stickers and sound boxes.

Key Responsibilities

• Visit various local shops and businesses in your assigned area.
• Onboard new merchants to the Paytm platform by assisting them with registration.
• Promote Paytm's QR stickers and soundboxes to increase merchant adoption.
• Guide merchants on effective usage of the Paytm Business App to facilitate smooth transactions.

Qualification & Requirements

• Possession of a bike and a smartphone is mandatory for this role.
• Previous sales experience is advantageous but not essential as freshers are welcome to apply.
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with merchants.

Compensation and Benefits

• A monthly salary ranging from ₹18,000 to ₹21,000, with additional performance-based incentives.
• Benefits include Provident Fund (PF) and medical insurance coverage.
