Field Sales Executive

About the Role

We are urgently seeking a Field Sales Executive to join Mobikwik. This is a full-time position with working hours from 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM. The role involves daily visits to shops for activities including Sound Box sales, follow-up visits, and onboarding of new clients.

Responsibilities

• Consistently visit local shops each day to drive sales and onboarding.
• Sell Sound Box products and perform necessary revisits for client retention.
• Facilitate smooth onboarding of merchants and partners.

Requirements

• Education qualification of 10th, 12th, ITI or Diploma is required.
• Prior experience in any sales domain, particularly tele-sales or digital payment platforms like PhonePe or Paytm, is essential.
• Ability to speak Kannada and English fluently.
• Possession of a bike is mandatory to cover travel requirements.

Compensation & Location

• Fixed monthly salary of 20,500 INR plus incentives up to 3,000 INR.
• Position is open across Karnataka, with a preference for candidates residing locally.
