Field Sales Executive

About the Role

We are urgently seeking a dedicated Field Sales Executive to join a prominent security and facility services firm. This position demands 100% fieldwork focused on generating new leads to expand our business.

Job Responsibilities

• Conduct field-based sales and marketing activities to develop new business opportunities.
• Focus primarily on lead generation without stringent sales targets.
• Operate within key areas including Whitefield, HSR Layout, Yelahanka, and KR Puram, covering approximately a 15-20 km radius.

Candidate Requirements

• Possession of a two-wheeler vehicle is mandatory for field mobility.
• Open to both freshers and experienced candidates interested in fieldwork.
• Applicants should be located near the specified regions or willing to work within those zones.
• Both male and female candidates are encouraged to apply.

Compensation and Benefits

• Fixed monthly salary of 35000 INR inclusive of fuel reimbursement.
• Additional incentives awarded based on the successful generation of leads.
