Field Sales Executive - Adhesives for Furniture Manufacturing

About the Role

We are hiring a Field Sales Executive specializing in adhesive products for the furniture manufacturing sector in Jaipur, Rajasthan. The monthly compensation ranges from ₹20,000 to ₹25,000, supplemented with performance-based incentives and travel allowances.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote and sell adhesive solutions, specifically Astral Adhesives, to manufacturers in furniture, modular furniture, plywood processing, and woodworking industries.
• Identify and acquire new customers through consistent field visits and lead management efforts.
• Maintain and enhance relationships with existing client base to ensure customer retention.
• Demonstrate products and provide detailed explanations of application methods and advantages.
• Assess client needs and recommend appropriate adhesive products accordingly.
• Meet or exceed monthly sales targets while expanding market reach.
• Gather competitive market intelligence on competitor products, pricing strategies, and customer demands.
• Collaborate closely with technical and operations departments to guarantee prompt product delivery and support.
• Document daily visits and regularly update sales records.

Candidate Requirements

• 1 to 2 years of experience in field sales related to adhesives, woodworking chemicals, laminates, hardware, or similar material sectors.
• Preferably possess an existing network within furniture manufacturing, carpentry, modular furniture, or plywood dealerships.
• Strong skills in communication, negotiation, and establishing customer relations.
• Self-driven and prepared for extensive travel within designated territory.
• Possession of a valid two-wheeler driving license and own vehicle is favored.
• Any graduate degree is preferred but not mandatory.
