Job Overview
PhonePe is seeking enthusiastic Field Sales Executives to become part of our core growth team. This position involves working directly on PhonePe's payroll and focuses on growing our merchant network by onboarding local shops, retail outlets, and various businesses.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct onsite visits to local marketplaces and retail stores to recruit new merchants to PhonePe's platform.
- Manage installation of PhonePe QR Codes at the merchant locations for seamless digital payment acceptance.
- Deploy and activate PhonePe Soundboxes, optimizing device setup for business users.
- Engage with merchants to provide guidance on utilizing PhonePe devices effectively and address any operational questions or issues.

Requirements
