Opportunity Overview
Join Cloud Berry Properties Private Limited as a Business Development Executive in the vibrant Bangalore real estate market. This role is not just traditional sales; you'll connect serious investors with valuable property options, engaging deeply with Bangalore's dynamic property sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, engage, and convert potential buyers and investors in both pre-launch and resale real estate segments.
- Develop and maintain a robust personal sales pipeline using referrals, networking, and organic relationship growth, aligned with Cloudberry's zero-advertising pull strategy.
- Conduct informative property showcases, site tours, and consultative meetings with investors, emphasizing an advice-first methodology.
- Collaborate closely with leading developers like Prestige, Sobha, Brigade, Puravankara, Mana, Godrej, and Assetz to stay updated on new projects, availability, and allocation periods.
- Manage end-to-end sales processes from initial buyer contact to execution of sale agreements, coordinating with operations, legal, and mortgage teams as required.
- Maintain up-to-date CRM data, track pipeline progress, and provide weekly performance updates.
- Participate regularly in training sessions, team discussions, and market analysis to enhance skills and knowledge.
- Represent Cloudberry's brand and professionalism consistently during all interactions.
Candidate Profile
- Experience in real estate sales or business development is helpful but not mandatory; character and attitude take precedence.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to listen attentively, communicate clearly, and rapidly establish trust.
- A strong desire for personal, financial, and professional growth.
- High ethical standards prioritizing transparency with clients and developers.
- A proactive approach with self-motivation and initiative.
- Comfortable working in a fast-moving, target-oriented environment with weekly performance assessments.
- Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Hindi or other languages is advantageous.
- Must be based in or open to relocating to Bengaluru, India.
