Field Sales Executive

Job Overview

The position involves onboarding local shops and merchants onto PhonePe's platform, promoting its QR Code, Soundbox, and other merchant services to expand business. The role requires daily field visits to achieve sales targets and establishing strong relationships with merchants by offering continuous support.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with local businesses and merchants to recruit new customers.
• Promote and sell devices such as smart speakers and scanners to merchants within the designated area.
• Articulate product features, benefits, and their value addition to clients' businesses effectively.
• Keep detailed records of customer communications and sales activities.
• Develop and nurture relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals.
