Field Sales Executive

Job Overview

We are seeking a Field Sales Executive responsible for identifying, engaging, and onboarding new merchants for QR code and sound box payment solutions. This role demands daily visits to multiple merchants to boost sales and distribute products within a designated territory.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and meet potential merchants to facilitate onboarding of QR code and sound box payment products.
• Visit approximately 10-15 merchants daily to promote products and generate sales.
• Expand market share and distribution network for QR and sound box payment solutions in assigned regions.
• Consistently meet and surpass daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Develop and nurture long-term relationships with merchants to ensure active product usage and customer satisfaction.
• Gather market feedback and provide insightful business updates to management.
• Adhere to a structured beat plan, maintain daily activity tracking, and ensure timely attendance at work.

Additional Information

• Monthly salary ranges from 16000 to 26000 INR.
