Field Sales Executive

About the Role

We are seeking a proactive Field Sales Executive to join our team in Jamnagar, Gujarat. This role focuses on onboarding merchants, promoting sales of QR code and sound box solutions, and expanding our market presence in the region.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and engage new merchants to onboard them for QR code and sound box services.
• Carry out daily field visits, targeting approximately 10 to 15 merchants each day to boost product sales and awareness.
• Expand product distribution and increase market share for QR and sound box products within the designated territory.
• Meet and surpass sales goals on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
• Develop and nurture merchant relationships to support ongoing product usage and satisfaction.
• Gather market feedback and share valuable business insights with the management team.
• Adhere to a scheduled beat plan, maintain accurate records of daily activities, and ensure regular attendance.

Compensation

The monthly salary for this position ranges from INR 16,000 to INR 26,000.
