Field Collection Executive

Job Overview

We are seeking a Field Collection Executive to manage the entire loan collection process assigned to them. This role involves interacting directly with customers and dealership locations to ensure timely payments.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage the complete collection process for the assigned loan portfolio.
• Perform collection visits at electric vehicle dealerships as well as customer premises.
• Ensure timely deposit of collected payments at company branches within the specified turnaround time.
• Concentrate efforts on non-starter cases and conduct daily visits to customers with overdue payments.
• Maintain daily productivity reports and submit detailed analytics to upper management regularly.

The role requires strong customer interaction and frequent visits, necessitating good organizational and reporting skills to uphold management communication norms.

Compensation

This position offers a monthly salary ranging between 12,000 and 25,000 INR.
