FFE Manager / Consultant

Overview

A leading contractor is seeking an experienced FFE Manager for a major five-star hotel project located in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate should preferably have expertise in reviewing and coordinating interior and FFE (Furniture, Fixtures, and Equipment) shop drawings, ensuring client approvals on fabric, wood, and metal samples.

Job Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage FFE suppliers, ensuring engineering and fabrication meet required quality standards and timely delivery.
• Conduct thorough inspections of all interior works on site.
• Contribute to interior design development by creating detailed technical drawings.
• Prepare comprehensive Bill of Quantities (BOQ) and tender documentation.
• Coordinate closely with clients to secure approvals for design elements and samples.
