Position Overview
This role is for a Faculty Assistant specializing in Finance at a university campus located in Ras Al Khaimah, United Arab Emirates. The position demands dedication to higher education teaching responsibilities within the finance or related business disciplines.
Educational and Professional Qualifications
- A master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related area is mandatory.
- A PhD in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field is preferred to enhance candidacy.
Work Schedule and Location
- The workweek is Sunday through Thursday, from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM.
- Employees enjoy Fridays off and two Saturdays off per month on an alternating basis.
- The role requires physical presence on the campus in Ras Al Khaimah, UAE.
Preferred Experience and Approach
- Proven experience teaching Finance subjects at the higher education level.
- Application of student-focused, interactive teaching methods to engage learners effectively.
