Facility Manager (Hausmeister) (m/w/d)

Position Overview

We are seeking a proactive Facility Manager (Hausmeister) to independently manage smaller maintenance and repair tasks, ensuring the proper functioning and upkeep of building facilities in Frankfurt am Main. This role requires hands-on involvement in technical building maintenance and coordination of external service providers.

Key Responsibilities

• Independently handling and responsibly executing minor upkeep and repair duties.
• Providing technical facility management and maintenance of assigned properties.
• Regularly checking the operability and readiness of media technology in meeting rooms.
• Performing craft-related tasks such as small repairs, conducting inspection rounds, and replacing wear parts.
• Ensuring the safety, tidiness, and cleanliness of premises and buildings.
• Coordinating, briefing, and supervising craftspeople and maintenance companies, along with monitoring and accepting outsourced maintenance work.

Qualifications

• Completed vocational training in a technical or craft-related field.
• Multidisciplinary basic knowledge in building technology coupled with manual dexterity.
• Strong service and customer orientation.
• Good communication skills in German (minimum B2 level) and organizational talent.
• Driver's license Class B is mandatory.
