Job description
Role Overview
This position involves comprehensive management of facility services including housekeeping, pest control, facade cleaning, and horticulture. The Facility Executive is responsible for ensuring all vendor operations adhere to agreed service levels and maintaining site cleanliness and hygiene through regular inspections.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all aspects of housekeeping, pest control, facade cleaning, and horticulture activities.
- Manage vendor teams to ensure compliance with service level agreements (SLAs).
- Perform daily onsite inspections to uphold hygiene and cleanliness standards.
- Plan manpower requirements, assign duties, and oversee staff discipline.
- Maintain inventory controls, budget adherence, and manage housekeeping consumables.
- Prepare detailed reports including Daily Management Reports (DMR), Monthly Management Reports (MMR), and Quarterly Business Reviews (QBR).
- Drive client satisfaction by maintaining high quality in soft service operations.
