Work Schedule and Compensation

The position operates on Team 3 shifts: either Thursday to Saturday or Wednesday to Saturday, working from 6:00 pm to 6:00 am. The hourly wage is $20.45.

Key Responsibilities

Create a visually appealing first impression for the facility.
Perform floor care duties including vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, auto scrubbing, washing, buffing, and waxing various floor types.
Empty all indoor and outdoor garbage, recycling, and cardboard containers.
Thoroughly clean and sweep all exterior grounds.
Carry out additional cleaning and disinfection tasks as needed.

Candidate Qualifications

Strong attention to detail to maintain manufacturing areas, warehouses, offices, and washrooms at exceptional standards.
Excellent organizational skills to prioritize pre-assigned tasks and adapt to shifting priorities throughout the shift.
Physical capability to work in a demanding and hands-on environment.
Ability to operate various cleaning machinery including floor machines, buffers, blowers, and washing machines.
Knowledge and understanding of WHMIS policies and procedures.
