About the role

Allianz Services is looking for an Expert-EC Administration to support day-to-day HR operations in SAP Employee Central. The role sits within the Human Resources function and is a permanent, full-time position based onsite in Plaines Wilhems District, Mauritius. The team works across standard HR operations, case handling, and workflow processing, with a focus on accuracy, timely service, and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily and weekly operations in SAP EC.
  • Handle work of moderate complexity in line with defined standards, with moderate supervision and some independent judgement.
  • Complete both routine and non-routine tasks within the assigned scope.
  • Act as the first point of contact for customer questions and service requests.
  • Manage cases through ServiceNow and follow them through to closure.
  • Work closely with subject matter experts and team members to process daily work accurately and on time in SuccessFactors, including Employee Central and Learning Management System activities, as well as in ServiceNow.
  • Meet targets for output volume and cycle times, and deliver assigned ServiceNow tasks as committed.
  • Resolve customer issues within agreed timelines and maintain regular communication on first-line queries.
  • Support continuous improvement and organizational development initiatives.
  • Share knowledge and practical experience with colleagues.
  • Help associates or new team members with process-related tasks.
  • Escalate complex issues when needed and continue tracking open items until they are resolved.
  • Ensure daily team service levels are met through effective processing in the workflow management system.
  • Write clear, useful case notes that avoid jargon.

Requirements

  • Experience with tools such as ServiceNow, SuccessFactors, or similar HRMS platforms is preferred.
  • Good grasp of HR processes, HR functions, and related systems.
  • Awareness of Allianz HR policies, processes, and tools.
  • Strong spoken and written communication skills in both French and English, along with basic presentation ability.
  • Willingness to take on extra responsibilities when needed.
  • Comfort with technical work and multitasking.
  • Interest and ability to learn quickly.
  • Strong grounding in core HR principles and compliance.
  • At least 3 years of hands-on experience in a similar HRIS or Employee Central position.
  • A degree in HR, Management, or a related discipline is preferred but not compulsory.
  • Interest in Information Technology and Generative AI is welcomed as an added advantage.
