Responsibilities

• Stay updated on industry competitive strengths to enhance bidding effectiveness
• Identify and address cost inconsistencies by gathering and reviewing pertinent data
• Secure precise quotations for materials and systems to prepare reliable cost estimates

Candidate Requirements

• Possess a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related fields
• Demonstrate solid grasp of fundamental accounting principles
• Be capable of interpreting construction blueprints and plans
• Preferably hold 1 to 3 years of experience in construction roles
• Must have a valid UAE professional license
