About the Role

Shiro Estate is seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to the Chairman. This role is crucial for supporting our leadership team and ensuring the seamless execution of critical business objectives. You will act as a key point of contact and facilitator for the Chairman's daily operations and strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the Chairman's and C-level executives' calendars, appointments, and prioritization of tasks.
  • Organize and coordinate meetings, prepare necessary documentation, and follow up on action items.
  • Oversee executive correspondence, manage contracts, and maintain important documentation.
  • Serve as a primary liaison between the Chairman and various company departments.
  • Monitor the progress of projects and ensure their timely completion.
  • Assist with licensing, visa processing, and adherence to compliance requirements.
  • Supervise transportation logistics, including drivers and executive travel arrangements.
  • Arrange travel, plan events, and provide comprehensive day-to-day support to the executive office.
