Executive Assistant to Founder

About the Role

We are seeking a sharp, confident, and exceptionally organized Female Executive Assistant to support the Founder of TWINKRAFT. This pivotal role involves meticulous management of the Founder's schedule and facilitating communication across various stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Organize and monitor the Founder's calendar, appointments, travel plans, and day-to-day activities.
• Liaise with clients, premium hotels, suppliers, and internal departments to ensure seamless coordination.
• Create presentations, compile reports, draft business correspondence, and record minutes from meetings.
• Safeguard confidential data with the utmost discretion and professionalism.
• Ensure prompt follow-up actions and oversee smooth progress of ongoing projects.
• Be prepared to travel throughout India as necessitated by business demands.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Fluent command of English, both written and spoken, is essential.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint applications.
• Professionally presentable, proactive attitude with adept multitasking and organizational capabilities.
• Between 2 to 5 years of experience in a comparable executive assistant position is preferred.
• Familiarity with AI technologies such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, or related tools is highly desirable.
