Role overview
BNP Paribas’ Corporate & Institutional Banking division supports clients with capital markets, financing, and advisory solutions. Within this platform, Financial Institutions Coverage (FIC) manages global client relationships and works across regions and business lines to strengthen existing business, win new strategic clients, and support the bank’s sustainability, digital, regulatory, risk, and compliance priorities.
FIC is structured across London, New York, and Hong Kong and serves institutional clients in sectors such as insurance, banks and financial intermediaries, investors, official institutions, and financial sponsors.

Core duties
- Manage complex calendars and coordinate meetings across multiple time zones.
- Organize and monitor client meetings, including board-level and regulatory sessions.
- Arrange domestic and international travel, process expense claims, and support urgent travel needs.
- Set up webcasts, video meetings, and telepresence sessions when required.
- Plan and coordinate team meetings, events, and town halls.
- Draft, edit, and prepare emails, organizational charts, and presentations.
- Handle logistics for visitors and guests.
- Support onboarding for new hires and transfer candidates.
- Order, restock, arrange, and distribute departmental supplies.
- Manage incoming and outgoing calls and other communications.
- Keep Outlook mailing lists up to date.
- Edit and distribute departmental reports.
- Take on additional reasonable tasks and project work as assigned by management.
- Manage senior leaders’ inboxes and outgoing messages with thorough follow-up.
- Use a mix of proprietary tools and Microsoft Office applications to complete day-to-day work.
Minimum qualifications
A bachelor’s or undergraduate degree in a related business field is required or preferred, depending on the candidate profile. The position calls for at least 2 years of relevant experience and strong administrative support capability.
Applicants should be highly organized, detail-oriented, adaptable, and comfortable supporting senior executives in a fast-paced environment. Experience handling confidential information is essential, along with a solid understanding of administrative and clerical processes.
Hands-on experience with domestic and international travel coordination and detailed expense reporting is required. Candidates should also be able to learn new software quickly and work confidently with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook, as well as other proprietary systems.
Preferred background
A bachelor’s degree is preferred.

Compensation and benefits
The anticipated starting salary range is $85,000 to $110,000 per year. Actual pay may differ based on skills, experience, internal peer compensation, prior performance, business line, and office location.
The benefits package may include medical, dental, and vision insurance; a 401(k) savings plan; backup childcare; life, accident, and disability coverage; mental health support; paid time off; and eligibility for a discretionary bonus, with full details shared during the hiring process.
