Executive Assistant

Role overview

A media-focused client is seeking an Executive Assistant for a 6-month contract, with the possibility of extension. The position is based in Singapore and is intended for someone who can support senior leaders with strong organization, discretion, and day-to-day administrative coordination.

What you will do

• Manage executive calendars and coordinate scheduling.
• Support leaders in preparing for meetings and related materials.
• Handle emails and document requests on behalf of executives.
• Prepare drafts of slides, notes, and business documents for executive use.
• Improve operational efficiency and help shape new ways of working with executives, their teams, and the GSO admin community.
• Maintain strict confidentiality, apply sound judgment, and use discretion while supporting projects and collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders.

What we are looking for

• A bachelor’s degree or an equivalent level of relevant experience.
• Strong command of the Microsoft Office suite.
• Background in handling multiple priorities, administrative coordination, and logistics.
• Highly organized and detail-focused, with the ability to juggle several tasks and follow up effectively.
• Excellent written and spoken communication skills.

Contract details

This is a 6-month contract role that may be extended.
