Event Specialist

About the Role

Meril Life Sciences is looking for an experienced Event Specialist based in Mumbai to take charge of the planning, coordination, and successful execution of corporate events both within India and internationally. The role demands meticulous organizational skills, creativity, and technical expertise to handle end-to-end event management aligning with the company’s brand identity and strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Independently oversee all facets of event management from initial concept through to flawless delivery without the need for supervision.
• Manage technical arrangements including event consoles, audio-visual equipment, lighting, sound systems, and production elements.
• Coordinate with multiple stakeholders ensuring smooth event operations and delivering seamless experiences.
• Arrange logistics related to corporate events including flight bookings, visa processing, and travel planning especially for international events.

Candidate Profile and Required Skills

• Graduated professional with 8 to 10 years of seasoned experience in handling domestic and international events.
• Expertise in managing event consoles, lighting, music systems, and overall event production.
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities combined with a collaborative team-oriented approach.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint for documentation and presentations.
• Local candidates from Mumbai preferred.
