ERP Technical Consultant – PaaS/SaaS

About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned ERP Technical Consultant specializing in PaaS/SaaS to provide comprehensive technical support in the design, development, integration, customization, reporting, and ongoing maintenance of Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP systems. This position covers technical solutions delivery within HCM, Finance, and Supply Chain modules, while facilitating Oracle PaaS/SaaS platforms, integrations, reporting frameworks, data migration, and post-go-live support.

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate the technical implementation, enhancement, and upkeep of Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP applications.
• Design and deliver robust technical solutions across Oracle Fusion HCM, Finance, and Supply Chain modules.
• Create and maintain integrations leveraging Oracle Integration Cloud, RESTful services, SOAP, WSDL, and associated web services.
• Develop reports, dashboards, and analytics utilizing BI Publisher, OTBI, and Oracle Fusion's reporting tools.
• Support ERP customizations and extensions using Visual Builder Cloud Service, Process Cloud Service, Application Composer, Database Cloud Service, and Autonomous Transaction Processing databases.
• Handle data migration, validation, and loading through tools such as FBDI, ADFDI, HDL, and HSDL.
• Collaborate with functional consultants and business stakeholders to gather and define technical requirements.
• Convert business needs into detailed technical specifications and scalable ERP solutions.
• Assist in testing phases including UAT, deployment, going live, and subsequent support activities.
• Identify, diagnose, and resolve technical issues related to integrations, reports, workflows, customizations, and overall system performance.
• Prepare comprehensive documentation including technical designs, test cases, deployment protocols, and user manuals.
• Work closely with internal teams, vendors, and users to ensure effective delivery of system enhancements and ongoing technical support.

Required Qualifications

• At least seven years’ experience as an ERP or Oracle Fusion Technical Consultant.
• Extensive practical knowledge of Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP across HCM, Finance, and Supply Chain modules.
• Strong skills with Oracle Integration Cloud, Visual Builder Cloud Service, Process Cloud Service, Application Composer, Database Cloud Service, and Autonomous Transaction Processing.
• Experienced in creating BI Publisher and OTBI reports, dashboards, and in-depth analytics.
• Hands-on expertise with REST, SOAP, WSDL web services, SQL querying, and data analytic techniques.
• Proficient with Oracle application tools such as FBDI, ADFDI, HDL, and HSDL, with a solid understanding of ERP processes including reporting, integration, and customization.
• Ability to bridge functional and technical teams by translating business requirements into effective technical deliverables.
• Excellent problem-solving aptitude, analytical mindset, and technical troubleshooting capabilities.
• Strong communication acumen, documentation skills, and ability to manage stakeholder expectations.
