About the Role
Jio is seeking qualified candidates to fill the position of Enterprise Sales Officer, located in Kolkata. The role focuses on driving the small and medium enterprise (SME) business within a designated territory.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and expand SME business within assigned geographical area.
- Present and promote Jio's enterprise products and services to potential clients.
- Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline and ensure thorough account coverage.
- Plan and conduct product demonstrations to showcase offerings.
- Meet or exceed set acquisition and sales targets.
- Coordinate with customers and network installation teams to ensure timely delivery of services.
- Maintain strong customer relationships and efficiently handle escalations.
Candidate Requirements
- Graduation degree in any discipline.
- Work experience ranging from 2 to 5 years.
- Good understanding of and experience in enterprise sales within the assigned territory.
- Strong grasp of technology products and solutions.
- Proven result-driven approach and ownership mindset.
- Excellent relationship management and customer focus skills.
- Business acumen with the ability to manage client requirements effectively.
