About the Role
We are hiring an Engineering Services Lead with solid hands-on experience in Dassault Systems ENOVIA V5. This role focuses on PLM infrastructure, deployment support, system administration, and environment management. The person in this position will design technical solutions, handle upgrades and migration work, and keep ENOVIA environments running efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Roll out, update, and support ENOVIA V5 solutions across environments.
- Assist with PLM infrastructure configuration and integration-related tasks.
- Check and confirm that hardware, software, and infrastructure dependencies are in place before deployment.
- Track system health, diagnose issues, and improve ENOVIA performance.
- Carry out PLM migration activities and environment upgrade work.
- Prepare clear documentation for installation, operations, and migration processes.
- Coordinate with customer IT teams to identify and resolve technical problems.
- Review infrastructure setups and share improvement recommendations.
- Participate in technical discussions and contribute to delivery execution.
Required Skills and Experience
- Strong practical exposure to Dassault Systems ENOVIA V5.
- Working knowledge of PLM architecture and solution deployment.
- Familiarity with application servers, web servers, databases, and operating systems.
- Experience handling upgrades, migrations, and performance tuning activities.
- Ability to troubleshoot issues effectively and document technical procedures well.
Good to Have
- Exposure to 3DEXPERIENCE ENOVIA customization.
- Understanding of scalability testing and infrastructure monitoring.
Candidate Profile
- Excellent communication and stakeholder coordination skills.
- Comfortable leading teams and balancing multiple priorities.
- Prior experience in customer-facing delivery environments is preferred.
