Key Responsibilities

• Patrol assigned areas on foot to detect vehicles parked without correct payment or authorization
• Issue citations to vehicles violating parking regulations at the location
• Perform lot inspections and vehicle counts at scheduled times and locations
• Accurately log and input violation data into designated systems
• Report incidents, accidents, or safety-related issues promptly to supervisors
• Manage time effectively and produce thorough reports
• Observe and report equipment conditions needing maintenance or repair
• Maintain courteous and professional communication with customers, clients, and colleagues

Candidate Requirements

• Must be at least 21 years old for insurance requirements
• Holder of a valid driver’s license with over three years of driving experience
• No major traffic violations (e.g., DUI, reckless driving, negligent homicide) within the last seven years
• Maximum of two minor infractions (such as speeding or accidents) in the previous year
• No license suspensions in the past three years
• Comfortable using computer systems and mobile applications
• Physical ability to bend and lift up to 50 pounds frequently throughout shifts
• Flexible availability including weekends and late evenings
• Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions for entire shifts
• Ability to walk and stand for extended periods
