Elementary Teacher for School Year 2026-2027

About the Role

We are seeking a qualified Elementary Teacher to join our academic team for the 2026-2027 school year. The successful candidate will design and deliver effective learning experiences in core academic subjects to help students reach their full potential intellectually, emotionally, physically, and socially. The role aims to build student competencies and skills necessary for successful societal participation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university.
• Valid Texas teaching certificate with appropriate endorsements or related training and relevant work experience qualifying for certification waivers under the District of Innovation Plan (DOI).
• Proven competency in the assigned core academic subject area.
• For Physical Education teachers: must hold a current AED and CPR certification.

Skills and Knowledge

• Understanding of core subject curriculum and instructional methods.
• Capability to effectively instruct students and manage classroom behavior.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Experience

Applicants should have completed student teaching, an approved internship, or possess related practical work experience.
