Education Counsellor

Job Overview

We are looking for a dedicated Education Counsellor to assist students in selecting appropriate Online Undergraduate, Postgraduate courses, and MBBS Abroad programs. This role involves understanding student needs and providing tailored guidance to support their academic aspirations.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide counsel to students regarding available Online UG/PG courses and MBBS opportunities abroad.
• Assess student requirements to suggest fitting programs and universities.
• Manage inbound and outbound communication including calls, follow-ups, and converting leads into admissions.
• Assist students throughout the admission and enrollment phases.
• Keep detailed records of all student communications and application progress.
• Meet set targets for monthly admissions and successful lead conversions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless admission procedures.

Candidate Requirements

• Possess 1 to 3 years of relevant experience in Education Counselling, Admissions, or Academic Sales.
• Previous exposure to Online UG/PG admissions or MBBS Abroad counselling is essential.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal capabilities.
• Comfortable working in a performance-driven environment.
• Familiarity with MS Office and CRM systems is advantageous.
