E-Commerce Executive

Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated E-Commerce Executive to join our team in Jaipur, Rajasthan. The role primarily involves managing orders on the Shopify platform, coordinating deliveries, handling customer interactions, and maintaining inventory and order reports efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and process incoming orders through Shopify
• Make confirmation calls for Cash On Delivery (COD) orders
• Oversee order packing and coordinate dispatch operations
• Handle courier bookings and tracking of shipments
• Manage exchange and return orders
• Provide customer support via WhatsApp and phone calls
• Update inventory records promptly
• Maintain detailed order reports using Excel
• Follow up on courier claims and Return to Origin (RTO) cases
• Perform basic product updates on the Shopify website
• Upload product listings on Instagram and Facebook
• Coordinate effectively with the warehouse team

Compensation

The position offers a monthly salary ranging from 15,000 to 22,000 Indian Rupees.
