Position Overview

Join Millie's Cookies at Bluewater Shopping Centre as a Duty Manager working full time (30 hours per week) with an hourly wage of £13.75. Shifts run between 7:00 AM and 10:00 PM, requiring flexible availability over weekdays, weekends, bank holidays, and public holidays.

About the Role

• Responsible for starting up and shutting down daily operations while managing any issues as they arise.
• Lead and motivate your team through busy periods maintaining a positive and energetic working environment.
• Serve as the key contact for customer and employee inquiries, promoting excellent service delivery.
• Monitor business performance metrics and champion continuous improvements.
• Having prior leadership experience within hospitality or retail environments is preferred.
