Role Overview
The Documentation Executive will be responsible for managing and organizing the company's documents, ensuring compliance with internal and regulatory standards, and facilitating efficient document control and retrieval processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Create, review, organize, and upkeep company documents, records, and archives.
- Guarantee accuracy, completeness, and adherence of all documentation to company policies and legal requirements.
- Implement and maintain document control protocols, such as version tracking and documentation monitoring.
- Liaise with various departments to gather, verify, and update necessary documentation.
- Effectively archive and retrieve documents in both physical and digital formats.
- Track expiration dates of documents and ensure timely renewal processes.
- Safeguard confidential and sensitive data with utmost discretion.
- Produce regular reports on documentation status and maintain comprehensive document registries.
- Support internal and external audit activities by supplying required documents.
- Continuously seek and apply improvements to documentation workflows and best practices.
- Undertake additional administrative or documentation tasks as requested.
