Document Verification Executive

About the Role

We are seeking Document Verification Executives based in Chennai responsible for validating driver partner documents including Aadhaar, PAN, Driving Licence, RC, Vehicle Insurance, and Bank information using the Mitra Portal. This job must be carried out in compliance with RTO and Porter standards to ensure complete accuracy.

Key Responsibilities

• Confirm authenticity and correctness of driver partner documentation.
• Maintain and update daily verification reports accurately.
• Communicate with drivers through calls and WhatsApp for document rectifications.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Basic proficiency with computers and MS Excel.
• Effective communication skills in Tamil and English.

Additional Information

This full-time opportunity offers a salary range of INR 25,000 to INR 35,000 plus incentives, provident fund, and employee state insurance. Work arrangements include either working from the office in Chennai or remotely from home.
