Role Overview: District Manager – Houston, TX

The District Manager leads a district of approximately 8-10 stores aiming to deliver exceptional guest service and achieve growth objectives. This role combines people leadership, operational oversight, and financial management to uphold brand standards and customer experience consistently across locations.

Key Responsibilities

• Direct and support Store Managers to exceed guest satisfaction and meet business growth metrics.
• Ensure all stores maintain Joe & The Juice's energetic, high-standard, and guest-focused culture.
• Implement company strategies through daily coaching, transparent feedback, and active management.
• Manage district profitability by planning, reviewing performance, and controlling costs to align with sales and EBITDA targets.
• Develop leadership by nurturing internal talent and recruiting promising candidates externally.
• Lead the execution of new initiatives and programs with enthusiasm and accountability.
• Collaborate with other District Managers to uphold consistent quality and share best practices.
• Guarantee all stores comply with health, safety, and legal standards.

Candidate Profile

• Minimum 5 to 8 years of leadership experience managing multiple food & beverage locations.
• A hands-on leader who actively engages with teams instead of managing remotely.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills that motivate teams and foster accountability.
• Analytical capability to interpret data, identify trends, and make informed operational decisions.
• Demonstrated success in improving performance across numerous locations.
