Job description
About the Role
We are looking for a meticulous and proactive Dispatch Executive to oversee the daily dispatch operations for our US-based logistics third-party logistics (3PL) division. This position requires managing communication with drivers, shipment monitoring, and ensuring timely pickups and deliveries.
Key Responsibilities
- Utilize DOT and Transport Management System (TMS) software to plan dispatch operations meticulously.
- Collaborate effectively with the loader team to facilitate smooth and efficient loading processes.
- Organize dispatch schedules for US trucks through effective route planning.
- Ensure precise shipment tracking using the DOT system to maintain operational transparency and timeliness.
