About the Role

As part of UPS Healthcare Precision Logistics, a clinical and advanced therapy subsidiary, you will contribute to delivering critical healthcare products swiftly and efficiently through an increasingly complex supply chain.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive, store, pick, and pack products while adhering to relevant regulations and quality standards.
- Manage documentation for incoming goods, coordinating closely with suppliers.
- Assign and retrieve stock within designated warehouse zones.
- Conduct regular stock audits and participate in inventory management initiatives.
- Inspect shipments for damage or discrepancies upon receipt.
- Relocate and organize inventory through manual handling and equipment operation.
- Maintain precise records of all products received and dispatched.
- Ensure the warehouse environment is clean and goods remain undamaged.
Experience and Skills
- Minimum of one year in a similar logistics or warehouse role.
- Understanding and responsibility for upholding quality control standards.
- Comprehensive knowledge of warehouse operations and store management.
- Ability to follow detailed instructions and work effectively with limited supervision within a team setting.
- Strong communication abilities and interpersonal skills.
- Certified and competent in operating forklifts, pallet jacks, and various loading equipment.
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Advanced numeracy, verbal, and literacy skills.
Physical Requirements
- Capable of lifting up to 20kg routinely, with most loads between 2kg and 10kg.
- Extended periods of standing and walking; ability to squat for lifting tasks.
- Physical capability for pushing and pulling while using pallet jacks.
- Willingness to work in cold conditions (as low as -4°C) occasionally.
