We are seeking a seasoned Corporate Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) lawyer to join as Director, Legal at ROSHN in Saudi Arabia. This role requires extensive expertise in M&A, Joint Ventures, and fund transactions within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia's legal framework.
Key Responsibilities and Qualifications
- Must possess a minimum of eight years of post-qualification experience (PQE) in corporate M&A, Joint Ventures, and fund dealings in Saudi Arabia.
- Experience predominantly gained from leading top-tier law firms, demonstrating ability to handle complex legal transactions.
- A common law legal qualification is highly preferred, ensuring familiarity with international and cross-jurisdictional corporate legal practices.
