Digital Media Head & Sales Store Executive

About the Role

Sreeka Home Foods seeks a proactive Digital Media Head & Sales Store Executive to oversee retail store functions along with managing the brand's digital presence. This role combines responsibilities across customer sales, inventory oversight, and digital content creation to enhance the store's market impact.

Key Responsibilities

• Attend to customers at the sales counter ensuring superior service quality.
• Operate billing through POS, handling payments via cash, card, and UPI efficiently.
• Market and sell traditional food products such as sweets, hot snacks, and pickles.
• Maintain attractive product displays, proper packing, and overall store cleanliness.
• Track availability and stock levels of raw materials and finished products consistently.
• Maintain daily inventory records and facilitate stock transfers between branches.
• Use Microsoft Excel to generate and update inventory reports accurately.
• Develop and post daily engaging content including photos, reels, offers, and promotions on platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and WhatsApp.
• Manage digital marketing strategies to boost online brand visibility.
• Collaborate with management to implement seasonal promotions and launch new products.
• Ensure smooth daily store operations while prioritizing customer satisfaction.

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum education: completion of 12th grade.
• At least two years of relevant experience in retail sales, food and beverage, supermarket, or sweets/snacks store environments.
• Practical skills in digital media marketing, social media management, and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong communication skills and customer service orientation.
• Basic proficiency in Telugu is required; knowledge of English or Hindi is advantageous.
• Open to both male and female applicants.
• Positions available for full-time and part-time engagement.
