Role Overview
Kotak Life Insurance is seeking a full-time Development Manager for a Kolkata-based role, with the exact work location subject to company requirements. This position is suited to a driven professional who can build a sales force, expand business opportunities, and support revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Hire, onboard, train, and build a strong-performing sales team.
- Guide, encourage, and assist team members so they can meet business objectives.
- Identify fresh business opportunities and nurture long-term client relationships.
- Track team output regularly and deliver coaching and feedback when needed.
- Work toward monthly and quarterly sales goals.
- Study the market to spot possible areas for expansion.
- Follow company policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
- Maintain daily, weekly, and monthly reports on performance.
Eligibility and Requirements
