Role Overview

We seek a Deputy Manager for our Galway store, a key leadership position supporting store operations, team development, and customer satisfaction.

• Proven retail experience with demonstrated success in deputy management roles
• Leadership ability to confidently manage store operations during the manager's absence, demonstrating warmth and empathy
• Ambition for growth with readiness to learn and progress towards store management
• Passion for delivering outstanding customer service and strong organizational skills
• Excellent communication skills and alignment with company values

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain operational excellence by ensuring compliance with store procedures, regulations, and performance KPIs
• Assist the Store Manager with performance analysis and improvement strategies
• Boost customer engagement by leading a team that delivers personalized advice and maintains a clean, welcoming store environment
• Provide supportive leadership that fosters team growth, training, motivation, and a respectful culture
• Manage merchandising and inventory with attention to well-stocked shelves, correct planogram use, and precise stock management
• Uphold brand integrity by prioritizing animal welfare and promoting responsible pet ownership
