Role Overview and Responsibilities

• Compile domestic financial statements as well as consolidated financial statements adhering to Ind AS standards.
• Oversee group-level financial reporting and consolidation activities, handling tasks such as intercompany eliminations, currency translation adjustments, computation of minority interests, goodwill, and capital reserves.
• Collaborate with subsidiary entities to ensure prompt submission of financial information and reporting documents.
• Assist in preparation of financial analyses, variance reports, and explanatory notes to accounts.
• Verify the accuracy and completeness of consolidation adjustments and required disclosures.
• Ensure timely closure of monthly, quarterly, and annual group financial accounts.
• Maintain and manage the consolidation system, specifically SAP Group Reporting software.

Candidate Profile and Requirements

• Comprehensive knowledge of Ind-AS 110 (Consolidated Financial Statements) and Ind-AS 21 (Foreign Exchange) accounting standards.
• Strong grasp of group accounting methodologies including eliminations and minority interest calculations.
• Practical experience with group reporting or consolidation modules of SAP or other ERP systems is highly preferred.
• Analytical mindset with high attention to detail and excellent problem-solving abilities.
• Capability to handle multiple tasks efficiently under stringent deadlines.
• Effective communication and interpersonal proficiency.
