Role Overview

We seek a hands-on and organised Demand Generation Manager specializing in Account Based Experiences (ABX) to drive measurable pipeline growth. This role involves planning and executing targeted multi-channel campaigns alongside managing a busy event schedule. Close collaboration with teams in Content Marketing, Product Marketing, and Sales will be essential for daily ABX campaign management across organic social, paid social, events, outbound outreach, and industry publications.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Assist in quarterly strategic planning aligned with ABX priorities and event timelines.
  • Develop and implement multi-channel ABX campaigns spanning organic and paid social media, events, outbound efforts, and industry/trade media to cover primary market segments.
  • Continuously monitor, analyze, and optimize campaign performance through message refinement, creative updates, and audience retargeting.
  • Create compelling campaign copy and coordinate creative production briefs.
  • Generate detailed reports on campaign and company-level engagement for stakeholders.
  • Manage weekly budgeting, identify spending adjustments, and reallocate funds as needed across regions and segments.
  • Maintain up-to-date outbound messaging templates reflecting product positioning tailored to relevant audiences.

  • Collaborate closely with Sales and executive teams to plan pre-event activities such as attendee outreach and social promotions aimed at arranging meetings.
  • Handle detailed event logistics, including registration, team scheduling, stand rotations, on-site activations, and ancillary events.
  • Collect and assess post-event feedback and report on outcomes relative to predefined goals.
  • Monitor and manage event budget continually.
  • Lead bi-weekly meetings to coordinate events with cross-functional teams.

Required Qualifications and Skills

  • Minimum of 3 years in B2B marketing, preferably within SaaS, focusing on campaign execution and/or event management.
  • Proven experience managing LinkedIn advertising campaigns, including audience creation, creative briefing, performance monitoring, and optimization.
  • Experience with additional paid channels is advantageous.
  • Understanding of ABM/ABX methodologies and planning multi-channel campaigns targeting enterprise or mid-market segments.
  • Competency in handling all facets of event management independently.
