Key Responsibilities

• Operate all store equipment as needed.
• Stock ingredients transferring them from delivery to storage areas including walk-in coolers.
• Prepare menu products following company standards.
• Receive and handle telephone orders efficiently.
• Conduct inventory checks and complete related documentation.
• Maintain cleanliness of equipment and facility regularly.
• Deliver pizzas and other items to customers within a designated area by vehicle and on foot.
• Distribute promotional flyers and door hangers.

Requirements

• Minimum age of 18 years.
• Possession of a valid driver's license with a clean driving record per company guidelines.
• Access to an insured vehicle suitable for delivery use.
• Ability to read maps and locate addresses confidently in assigned delivery zones.
• Physical capacity to navigate uneven terrain and multi-story buildings while carrying deliveries.
• Basic numeracy skills to handle cash and make correct change accurately and rapidly.
• Strong verbal and written communication for order processing and customer interaction.
• Proficient hand-eye coordination for equipment use and product preparation.
• Adaptability to work in varying temperature conditions inside the store and adverse weather conditions while delivering.
• Capacity to perform physically demanding tasks such as lifting items up to 50 pounds and climbing stairs frequently during deliveries.

Work Environment and Physical Demands

The role involves working in several conditions including cold storage at 36°F, hot areas reaching 90°F or more, exposure to food odors and dust, as well as operating in cramped spaces. Drivers must cope with diverse weather while driving and delivering. Physical duties include standing, walking, stooping, bending, crouching, pushing and pulling trays, and continuous hand tasks like manipulating pizza dough and boxes.
