Delivery Driver

Role Overview

Delivery Drivers are integral members of the GSF Car Parts team, acting as brand representatives by delivering products to customers and maintaining outstanding customer service. They also gather valuable customer feedback and ensure products are delivered within the agreed timelines.

Key Duties

• Deliver products to customer locations within a 40-mile radius.
• Maintain superior customer service standards at all times.
• Report relevant customer and competitor information back to the branch.
• Load vehicles following established procedures.
• Collect customer returns as necessary.
• Perform daily vehicle maintenance checks.
• Assist in warehouse operations when needed.
• Support inter-branch transfer deliveries as required.

Working Hours

Average working hours Monday through Friday with alternate Saturdays included.

Candidate Profile

• Valid full UK Driving Licence with no more than 6 penalty points.
• Minimum of three years’ driving experience.
• Strong knowledge of the delivery area within a 40-mile radius of the branch.
• Previous experience in a delivery driving position.
• Commitment to exemplary customer service.
• Proven time management skills and ability to meet deadlines.
• Customer-oriented, motivated to exceed expectations.
